CASE MANAGER


In Manpower Perú we are looking for the best talent to assume the role of Case Manager in the city of Lima.
Funciones

• Speaking with clients
• Assist attorney with workers’ compensation caseload
• Hearing and trial preparation, including electronic filing
• Conducting regular correspondence with clients and provide them with updates on the status of their case
• Organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, and assisting clients
• Communicating with the Social Security Administration on behalf of our clients
• Completing basic administrative responsibilities such as making telephone calls, drafting emails, sending mail and scanning documents
Requisitos

• Personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills sewing
• Must be able to successfully complete and pass each phase or out in house training program
• Must be to pass typing test with a minimun 30wpm
• Experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
